The problem
Nova's agents tracked condos, houses and pool villas across spreadsheets and chat groups. Listings went stale and enquiries were lost between agents.
What we built
- A public site with search by keyword, price in THB, type and bedrooms
- A back office where staff add and update listings once and they publish everywhere
- Lead capture from the site, phone and LINE into one pipeline with agent assignment
- Property types and legal checks recorded against each unit

One source of truth for inventory, so the website matches what agents are actually selling.
