The problem
Jomtien Sauna Gym sells day passes, 10-day passes and monthly to yearly memberships across the gym, the sauna and both together. Guests by the pool also order food and drinks.
That meant passes tracked at the front desk and staff walking between loungers and the counter to take orders.
What we built
- A bilingual website with facilities, every price and duration, directions and one-tap messaging
- A membership system covering day, 10-day, monthly, 3-month and yearly passes for the gym, the sauna, or both
- Order-to-table: guests order food and drinks from where they're sitting, and orders go straight to staff
- Ongoing hosting, maintenance and updates as prices and passes change
What changed
Members and passes are checked in one place instead of on paper.
Orders reach the bar without anyone walking over to take them.
