A mini app is a small app that opens inside LINE or Telegram. Customers tap a link or scan a QR code and they're in, signed in with the account they already have. Because it's linked to your LINE Official Account or Telegram bot, you can message them again with offers and reminders. For most membership, loyalty or booking ideas, it's where we'd start.

Suggest products, dishes or events based on what each customer bought or liked before.

Table bookings, class sign-ups and queue tickets, with reminders in the chat.

Questions
Do customers need to download anything?
No. The mini app opens inside LINE or Telegram, which they already have, and signs them in with that account.
What's the difference between LIFF and a LINE MINI App?
Both run inside LINE and use the same technology. A LINE MINI App can also be verified by LINE so it shows up in LINE's search, which involves a review. We often launch on LIFF and apply for verification once it's proven.
Why Telegram?
Our crypto and web3 clients run their communities on Telegram, so that's where the mini app goes. It handles membership, rewards and campaigns without sending people to another site.
Can it grow into a full app later?
Yes. The members, points and orders live in a back end we build for you, so a native app or website can use the same data later.
